Once the quote is approved, a deposit is required to confirm the launch of the project.

Work

The project begins based on the elements provided and the objectives defined together.

Finalization

The work is finalized and a first version of the project is presented to you.

Return and modification

You can suggest adjustments or modifications to refine the final result, within reasonable limits in relation to the quote.

Final payment

Once the project is approved, the final payment allows for the final delivery of the work.

The price range is based on the task itself, not on the time spent working on the image. The price for the research phase, as well as the creation of a final report, can vary by an additional €20 to €40, depending on the level of detail and context provided.

The price range is set on an hourly basis, and the total is then calculated in the quote. The price of the research phase, as well as the creation of a delivery report, may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

The price of the research phase, as well as the creation of a final report, may vary depending on the complexity of the project. A surcharge may be applied depending on the delivery method and any additional equipment required.

Some rules

  • The media must belong to you, have the rights or an agreement from the image rights holder, or be CC0 or in the public domain.

  • No altered photos will be accepted.

  • No reduction is made on the number of photos, no grouping.

  • All payments are made by bank transfer.

  • No price negotiation will be accepted after prior agreement on the quote.

  • No refunds will be issued after the project has been validated and received by the client.
